L4D2 Cinematic Trailer- German version

You might have heard that Australia and Germany are both getting censored versions of L4D2. You maybe have also heard that unlike Australia, Germany is getting something to make up for their loss of content- CSS weapons! EA has released a trailer that looks like it’s fan made and goes so far as to censor the censored version.

Well, Germany, enjoy your weapons, I guess. But for those who pre-ordered, there’s something else to enjoy.

By the way, don’t be fooled- GameStop isn’t the only one offering this perk. All pre-orders from any source will earn you this weapon.

Yeah, yeah, three video posts in a row, I know.

    Thats what I don’t like about being german. I mean, you are allowed to drink and smoke at the age of 16, but games? Ooh, noo… TF2, for example, was heavily censored here (green sparks instead of blood, no gibs, resp. rubber ducks, cogs, balloon animals, etc. instead of body parts) but was still rated 18+, which means, you have to be an adult to purchase it. What the hell. This is just patronizing the german gaming community. L4D was the same. Corpses vanish instantly, no body parts, even those little bulletholes you shoot in the tank weren’t there. I hate this. I mean, I would order the games from Austria, if it weren’t illegal to own the uncensored versions of most games. Damn.

    Is the first video a joke? I mean… it must be… they can’t just… it’s insane!
    Poor Germans.
