Kotaku did a video podcast with Chet Faliszek, discussing the future of Left 4 Dead, the story in the game (or lack thereof), possible DLC, and what it’s like working for Valve. Overall it provideds a pretty good glimpse of what Valve’s developement cycle is like. Plus you get to enjoy watching the Kotaku crew kill some Zombies.

God, the guy playing kinda sucks… it made me cringe…
-
Allright, I just finished the whole thing… he walked right past a boomer and skipped the tier 2 weapons… TWICE.
It also take a fuggin’ train for him to turn around when he’s getting hit. I recommend just listening instead of watching, I was more focused on this guy’s horrible playing than what was being said.

Lol, he’s on CCs servers. Only L4D servers with actual admins.

I have to agree, the guy isn’t playing very well. Maybe he was the one asking the questions and stuff and therefore was distracted?
-
I couldn’t have done an interview while playing like he did. I’d constantly be breaking off to yell “Boomer!” and crap in the middle of a sentence, and then forget what I was on about and have to ask Chet to remind me.

I want me some DLC.

I cringed a bit too when he skipped the weapons.
Yeesh.

What a terrible gameplay…

The guy interviewing was too awkward for me to listen to him.
“Why did you only include the first 2 maps?”
“You mean in Vs.?”
>.<
